Ingredients:
Sour cream: I usually use low-fat sour cream, but use whatever sour cream you enjoy. You could also sub the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt to increase the protein.
Mayo: Any kind of mayo will work here, including light mayo.
Dill weed: You can use fresh or dried dill weed. I typically use dried just because that’s what I have on hand.
Garlic powder & onion powder: These really enhance the flavor of the dip and make it taste like ranch.
Salt: You can never forget the salt!
OPTIONAL ADD-INS
- Fresh lemon juice
- Dried minced onion
- Dried minced garlic
- Dried parsley
- Fresh herbs
- Other dried herbs
How to Enjoy Dill Dip

- Swap the mayonnaise for a lower calorie mayo or something like olive oil mayo for a healthier option.
- If using fresh dill, use about 2 tbs chopped.
- This dip can be eaten right away, but tastes better after it’s been refrigerated for at least 4 hours or overnight.
