HOW TO MAKE A CARAMEL CHAI TEA LATTE
Start by brewing your chai tea. I used 2 bags of Tazo Organic Chai tea and followed the directions on the box. Steep the tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.
Next remove the bags and add 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk and 2 tsp of sugar free caramel syrup to a blender, Magic Bullet or a jar with a lid and blend or shake. This will result in a colder drink. If you would like the latte to be warm, simply put the coconut or almond milk in a saucepan and bring just to a simmer. You can then add the warm milk to blender and blend with the other ingredients.
Pour into your favorite mug and top with cinnamon!
Enjoy!
