- 2 chai tea bags
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 2 tsp sugar free caramel flavor syrup
- pinch cinnamon garnish
Place 2 tea bags in boiling water and steep for 5 minutes
Bring coconut milk to a small simmer, take off heat
Add tea, coconut milk and caramel flavor syrup to a blender and blend until frothy
Pour chai tea latte into favorite mug and top with a pinch of cinnamon
