Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add heavy whipping cream, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
With the whisk attachment, whisk the ingredients for 1 minute or until the whipped cream forms stiff peaks.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Notes
Chill the bowl of the stand mixer to help keep the heavy whipped cream from separating.
